Question: Hi i went to a sex worker today had sex completely completely protected, but i am little worried as i sucked her boobs while having sex is there any chance of getting stds or something to worry about

There is every possibility that the sex worker is free from HIV/STI. Then there is no chance for you to get any type of STI.
If the protection is complete from the beginning of the intercourse to the end of the same, then you are safe.
Sucking the boobs will not transmit any STI unless there is any obvious sore visible outside the breasts.
Even if we consider that she is a lactating woman, then the risk of transmission of HIV through a single episode of sucking the breast is almost 'NIL".

thanks fr the response, i don't remember seeing any open sores on her breasts while sucking the nipples, even if was there what are the chances f transmission?,i hope i am safe!.
