Question: Hi i have stomach soreness since yesterday night. i don't feel like dtinking water or eating any food. i had only home food. why is it happening and what is the remedy for this.

Hi Doctor, Bowel movememt is good. no vomitings and i'm not on any medication. everything is good except that soreness i feel in stomach and there is no pain it is like something is happening in my intestine and i don't feel like eating or drinking,

Thank you for reverting back.
Considering no other symptoms other than soreness, I would recommend a probiotic for 2 weeks like sporilac ds tablet once a day for 2 weeks to stabilize gut flora. Incase symptoms persist beyond this I would recommend a gastroenterologist opinion for further evaluation.
