Question: Hi, i have some painless series of pimple like things in the base and bottom shaft of the penis. I want to know how to make it normal. I dont have any itching or discharge. Can i get a prescription for a cream or medicine for this. Or is there any otc medicine or cream i can use

Hi,
Does this resolve without treatment? Also i have not had any sexual contact with anyone for the last 3months so surprised how i got an STD.
I am not sure how long i had this as i have only noticed it recently.

Genital Molluscum can happen weeks or even months after the infection was acquired. So, even if the infection was acquired 3 months ago, the lesions can happen now. I suppose they need to be treated in your case as it is unlikely they would go on there own- though they may increase or decrease in number somewhat.
