Brief Answer:
Repeat USG, Blood tests, post fresh reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, one ultrasonography of abdomen report and understood the concerns.
The report dates back to 7/2/ 2019 and shows solitary 21 mm, XXXXXXX stone in gallbladder; liver is mildly enlarged with diffuse and slightly coarse texture.
Bilirubin and SGPT are increased as per your history. This is indicative of hepatitis and can cause loss of appetite and fullness in upper abdomen.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get ultrasonography and full Liver function tests along with alkaline phosphatase and GGT.
Other blood tests for sugar, kidney function, to know type of hepatitis and as would be advised on clinical examination. Please post fresh reports.
May also need CT scan or MRCP for better understanding of liver, gall bladder, pancreas as ultrasonography may not reveal everything due to its limitations.

This will give better idea about a proper diagnosis and gives plan for further management.
Once the hepatitis part is cured you can surely go for Cholecystectomy.

Brief Answer:
True.

Detailed Answer:
Gallbladder stones are known to cause upper abdomen fullness, gases, uncomfortable feeling and even increased acidity. All these things in turn can cause loss of appetite.
Go ahead with Surgery if medically fit.
