Brief Answer:
The possibility of pregnancy is less according to history.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor. Thanks for the query.
I can understand your concern.

Usually menstrual cycles with a length of 21 to 35 days can be considered as normal. But, according to your history, you got menstrual period 19 days after last menstrual date. Irregularities in menstrual cycles can occur due to many causes.
The possible causes of your early onset of the menstrual period are:
-Psychological factors like stress, anxiety and depression can affect the menstrual cycles by affecting the reproductive hormonal balance.
-Breast feeding the baby can also lead to irregular periods due to prolactin hormone.
-If there is any usage of emergency contraceptive pill, that can also lead to early onset of bleeding.
-Rarely implantation bleeding can present like this, but usually it presents as spotting to minimal bleeding.

As your urine pregnancy test kit gave a negative result and you had blood flow like regular menstrual flow, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
But if you want to be sure, please go for blood test for pregnancy, which is more accurate compared with a urine test.
If the serum beta HCG levels in blood test shows less than 5 mIU/mL, it rules out the possibility of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Will be happy to answer further follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Possibly early onset of menstruation with excessive flow

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The quantity of menstrual flow can also change depends on the reproductive hormonal fluctuations because of the factors I mentioned previously.
So, according to this the possibility of implantation bleeding is less and the bleeding with clots you had could be early onset of menstrual flow with excessive in quantity.

Rarely the fertilized ovum along with endometrium and blood can come out, which can be called as miscarriage without notice.
So, to find the exact cause better to go for a blood test for pregnancy, which can accurately rule out the possibility of pregnancy.

If the test gives a negative result, you may not need further follow up.
Regular calorie burning exercises, healthy and balanced diet, adequate sleep and maintaining a normal body mass index can help in regularizing the menstrual cycles.

Hope I have answered your query. Will be happy to answer further follow up queries.
