Question: Hi dr Sharka I haxe trace mitral tricuspid I have been feeling today almost like a palputation in middle like open of stomach should I be worried. I have uploaded my kardia ecg reading I do have a trace of mitral tricuspid regurgitate ans non spacific st wave abnormality but other that that nothing I just don’t know why the feeling

Hello thank u I am drinking gaterade and water one more question can I still be physically active workout and or be physically active with my spouse is there anything I should avoid
