Brief Answer:
There is no reason to worry about it!

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

In your uploaded image, I can see a normal sinus rhythm, which means that the feeling of palpitation is not concerning for any cardiac issues.

There are no extra heart beats in this kardia ECG image, only some movements artifacts.

You should know that we can not take much information by this application, as it is not so accurate like resting ECG.

From the other hand, as we have discussed in our previous thread, trace mitral and tricuspid regurgitation have no clinical significance and they may be encountered in healthy adults.

So to conclude, there is nothing to worry about! It may be just some anxiety or an upset stomach.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
There is no reason go to the ER.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Some extra heart beats are quite normal in every healthy individual and they do not indicate any serious medical disorder.

Anyway, I don't see any extra heart beat in your uploaded kardia EKG image.

From the other hand, dehydration and caffeine intake may trigger cardiac palpitations and extra heart beats. They are not harmful and are related to a normal physiological reflex (the activation of the sympathetic nervous system during physical activity or anxiety).

But, I don't see any reason to go to the ER and seem medical attention.

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

I recommend having some rest and taking plenty of fluids in order to avoid dehydration.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Let me know about everything!

Please stay safe!

Brief Answer:
THere is no need for limitations.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I would just recommend avoiding straining physical activity.

But you can workout normally and your intimacy normally. There is no need to limit such activities, which are considered medium physical activity.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Please let me know in case of any other uncertainties!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
