Brief Answer:
Will need medicine for Vitamin D at least

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
I saw your blood reports. It shows derranged lipid profile, deficiency of Vitamin D & B12.
You currently do not need medicine for cholesterol. You can make it better by decreasing fat in diet, doing exercise and not eating junk food.
Your Vitamin D and B12 are also low. You will need medicine for it. If you are a non vegetarian, it can be corrected by diet only. But if you are a vegetarian, you should preferably take medicine. We generally give Tab Neurokind OD 1200mg tablet once a day.
For low Vitamin D, you have to take medicine.
We start with Calcirol XXXXXXX 60K units once per week for 3 months and than once per month to continue. Natural source of Vitamin D3 is sunlight, but you should take medicine to get it better.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks and take care

Hi doctor,
thank you for your reply.
For your suggestion on "Neurokind OD 1200mg tablet" i dont see 1200mg available, i see only 1500mg when i search online like medplus, netmeds etc.. (https://www.netmeds.com/prescriptions/nurokind-od-tablet-20-s)
Do i have to visit any store to check for 1200mg or 1500mg should be fine to take one each day?

At what time of a day (before food or after food), do we take these "Calcirol XXXXXXX 60K" and "Neurokind" for best results?

Brief Answer:
1500 mg of Neurokind OD is good

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

1500mg of Neurokind OD is good and you can take that.
There is no specific time for either neurokind or calcirol. You can take it at any time which suits you. All will produce same and equal results.
Remember to take the calcirol XXXXXXX by dissolving in milk.
So generally peoples take it with breakfast or at night time.
There is chewable tablet available as a alternative to XXXXXXX but XXXXXXX produces better results. If in case you can not take sachet(like while in journey), you can than take tablet(it comes by name Tab VD Fit 60K units or you can just ask for Vitamin D3 chewable tablet).

Hope this helps.
Thanks and take care
