Hi Doctor. In April 2017 I Had Lymphodenopathy...doctor Gave Antibiotics
Question: Hi doctor.
In April 2017 I had lymphodenopathy...doctor gave antibiotics and the nodes came back normal...
From there on of my submental is enlarged,does not pain and my doctor is concerned about this subject sub mental node..after few months I had chest and armpit pain...the pain started in armpit and lymph nodes in my jaw...then again went doc and he gave antibiotics...problem resolved....
The main thing is blood cbc is normal all the time.
From 28th December 2018 im experiencing pains in both armpits that to burnings pain and it's hot touch there....don't whether it lymph nodes or not...consulted doctor and he said abcess formation in right arm pit..
Pain did not go and I again to doctor this he gave me doxt sl and gemcal d3 for pains..cbc done and came back normal.......The important thing is now there is pain submandibular lymph node in left jaw and slight pain in right side also..left side a bit swollen..its hot to touch...beside that I have bad itching and temp is 98.5..body pains also.no night sweats and no weight loss as of now ..im totally stressed and anxiety
person ..please help me out in this issue doctor..do know what to do..

As per your description,it looks like Multiple lymph nodes are enlarged.
If abscess is confirmed and it is not relieved by Antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablets, then the Pus has to be drained by surgeon.
Regarding submandibular lymph nodes, I prefer Ultrasound of that areas and get a clue. FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) has to be done for accurate diagnosis.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Till then, continue with the Antibiotic.
Hope Diabetes is excluded in blood tests.
Nothing to worry.

Doctor it's painful on both sides of jaw and mild swelling, I don't feel it is hard....I get itching in that area...I m totally worried about it doctor....doctor I do not have weight loss and in eating well...totally stressed out

Hello doctor,
I went to the doctor today.
Doctor told me that body pains and armpits pain are nothing worry about.
I asked the doctor to check my lymph nodes in the jaw and doctor checked and said there is nothing to worry..he said only one lymph node swollen and explained if there is injury or infection it swells he said..I also said there is pain in the lymph node, so doctor nothing to worry about..
He told not to think too much and do not get stressed all the time..
Explained about itching..
Doctor one more thing I need to ask u...when im having my breakfast and lunch im experiencing pain in right side near stomach..please clarify all my doubts...im bit anxieted..
