Question: Hi Sir,
Ram here,
I am facing pain in left testis Epididymis and done USG test and result was good, but still am facing same pain and sometimes takes pain killer to sleep,
There is no any much swelling, or redness but sometimes feel light warming or itching from inside in Epididymis.
Also done 2 USG scrotum but not found Hernia sign but was soing little excess fluid.
Note - This problem was occurred after having Sex from itching to now pain. And it's been since last year July 2019.
Also done HIV, hepatitis B, Urine microscopy test, blood test before surgery and result was negative, but am afraid of no being Epididymis. So please suggest the required treatment

Based on the facts that you have posted assuming that USG report is normal as claimed byte pain in Testicles that you have is mostly due to chronic infection of Testicles ( (Orchitis) .

You have not provided any details about surgery you have undergone previously Please specify the nature of surgery and the diagnosis for which surgery was being carried out.

Takin antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications will help to reduce pain

Use scrotal support . This will help to reduce the pain

surgery was done for testicular absence underwent- Sx Right Orchidectomy,

Dear sir I am unable to attach report in this chat box,
was a normal pain in Epididymis from July 2019, so consulted an urologist, he suggested for Surgery of right Orchidectomy in January 2020, and still facing the same light Pain in Epididymis, even Epididymis seems little heaviness than normal and increase more pain if touch Epididymis to examine.
issue was feel pain in both Testis including Undescended on before surgery, and now Left testis.
please suggest Any best medicine or Injection which I can perform my self
