Brief Answer:
High protein diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query.

Its always good to gain healthy weight, which happens only on regular exercise and high protein diet.

I suggest you to workout in gym or do few strength training and couple it with good amount of protein intake post workout. High protein foods like egg, chicken, fish, milk, legumes, pulses, peanuts etc are good for the purpose.

You can have moderate amount of carbohydrates like rice, oats, wheat etc 2 hours before workout. This provides energy necessary for workout.

Hope, I answered your query.

Please revert in case if any doubts.

Wish you good health.

regards,
