Brief Answer:
There is inflammatory swelling of gut.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and scan report and here is my opinion.

USG report is suggestive of an inflammation of the intestines which may be caused by infections, ischemia( loss of blood supply) or chronic diseases.
Further, the possibility of acute appendicitis can not be ruled out as appendix has not been properly visualized.
Appendicitis is a clinical diagnosis of exclusion and usually substantiated by an increase in blood counts and a normal urinalysis report.

This inflammation of gut might be the reason of intractable recurrent abdominal pain in your son.

Please share some details of his symptoms - Location of abdominal pain, intensity of pain, relation of pain to food, any urinary complaints, associated vomitings or irregular bowel, status of appetite, food habits etc.
This would help me to evaluate his case (as investigations should always be read in context of the patient).

Such patients are usually managed by an antibiotic course, soft bland diet and supportives and symptomatics.

Waiting for your revert.

Best regards.
