Brief Answer:
Day procedure

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Tubectomy operation is generally done laparoscopically and is done within 10 days of the starting of the periods.
The surgery is a half hour procedure.
She will be inpatient for a day and will be discharged day after two.
She will be needing rest for one week and can resume her normal work after 2 weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
