I currently do not take any medications for anything. I was originally diagnosed with asthma and given albuterol, due to my trouble with breathing, as in I sometimes suddenly stop breathing. I’ve recently been feeling as if something has been stuck in my chest and throat. I have been burping a lot and have been unable to eat a proper meal.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay.

3. Avoid alcohol/smoking ( if you have these habits)
4. Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, spicy food
