Question: Hi , I went to ER with complaint of red circular rash that have spreaded over my breast like red polka dots also I am noticing small look like tiny bite; not really itchy. I have been using a steroid on the rash for about two-three days with no success.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think it doesn't look much like eczema it looks mire like heat rash. Possibly you have been exposed to heat and sweat ducts may have closed due to humid weather and sweat.
I think you can use any histamines such benadryl or citerizine. Also continue to use hydrocortisone cream because it needs some more days to work.
