Brief Answer:
In most cases age related change.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns.
Pancreas atrophy is usually a age related change and is seen as age increases or in person with obesity. The function of pancreas is to secrete enzymes like Pancreatic lipase amylase etc which help in digestion of food.Atrophy of pancreas cause a decrease in the secretion of enzymes from the pancreas that normally helps to digest food. This causes improper fermentation and stagnation of undigested food in intestine.Colonies of bad bacteria's and yeast develops there producing large amount of gas which compresses the intestines causing inflammation and pain.
For this I would suggest you to add digestive enzymes supplements into your diet like pancreatin amylase papain combination.Along with it have a probiotic daily to help replete good flora of bacteria in your gut.
Elevation of liver enzymes is significant only when the level is three times the upper normal limit. Most of the times fatty changes of liver are the cause of elevation of enzymes in adults.Second important cause is alcohol.
You should take liver rejenuvators like sylimarin and anti oxidant capsules to help rejenuvate your liver. If you take alcohol restrict it.
Take a high complex carbohydrate based diet with lean proteins and minimal fat for fast recovery of liver.

In case bloating is still there after taking enzyme supplements add activated charcoal tablets twice daily.

Hope I was helpful.
Feel free to follow up.
Regards!
