I just have general question.. what does it mean that Bronchiectasis is process not a diagnosis? I read an online post from a doctor saying that ? but I'm bronchiectasis patient since I was 2 years old?

The bronchiectasis is the process of permanent and abnormal orl dilatation of the usually there is a predilection for the medium and small airways in lower lobes of the lungs unilateral or bilateral however the apices are also impacted
Bronchiectasis is not a clinical diagnosis but a pathological and radiological one.As the above it is considered mostly a continuous process which is complicated with emphysema and lung fibrosis in the later stages.

it’s really interesting, So the clinical diagnosis will be like CF? Or the reason for Bronchiectasis? And if there is no reason that’s mean no diagnosis but I have a disease?

The disease is an abnormal process meanwhile a diagnosis is a medical term of abnormality od an organ. I can not say you have CF without having the specific gene analysis for it.
There are several reasons for bronchectasis despite CF such as chronic inflammation during lifetime smoking etc.
