Hi. I Have Recently Found Symmetrical Bilateral Cervical Lymph Nodes

Question: Hi. I have recently found symmetrical bilateral cervical lymph nodes slightly enlarged. The are rubbery but moveable. I have been stressed and played with them hard obsessively. Doctor said to watch them but I pushed for an ultrasound since I suffer from really bad health anxiety.
Ultrasound showed they were .7x 1.2x 1.5cm
Oval shaped. The only other comment I could get from the radiologist is that he did not see any fatty hilum.
Now my doctor wants to wait even longer to observe. I am freaking out.
How likely is it that this is cancer? Can they be enlarged like this by playing with them? What else can cause loss of fatty hilum?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Nods

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

I have been carefully through your question.
I agree with your doctor for longer observation.
The fatty hilum is characteristic for benign nodules generally inflammatory.I don’t think that you should be worried about those nodes malignancy.

Best regards
