Brief Answer:
Possible kidney stones

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. These symptoms may be suggestive of kidney stones, uroinfection or pinched subcostal nerve. I suggest to drink raspberry tea, more fluids to promote urinating, take non steroid painkillers and rest. If there is no improvement you should do xrays and ultrasound. Wish you good health. Regards
