Question: Hi, I have our grandson visiting us. He is 6. He is developing a reddened area that itches constantly at the very top of his bottom. I applied desitin ointment last night but this morning is still very itchy and the area around it is becoming red and swollen. what do you recommend. He is a bed wetter but has taken baths to wash off the urine in the morning. thank you
