Question: Hi I have attached the previous thread to this question. Please read to answer the question.
My brother is still bleeding after Turbt for high grade, invasive pt1 bladder cancer, today is 14th day. He had lot of clots on 8th day of POD. After irrigation it subsided. He is on antibiotics 5th day. Urine culture came up negative but he is still bleeding. I have attached pictures of his urine. Please suggest what do we need to do? He is in the hospital.

Thanks for query and uploading all relevant reports ,

Based on the photographs urine is near normal color .You can expect slight reddish tinge to urine for a week or two after TURBT .

He can be safely given BSG .However he needs to monitor the status of disease by doing endoscopic examination of bladder and urine cytology at every three months interval for 2 years.
