Brief Answer:
Urinary track infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the symptoms you are having may be related to urinary track infection.
I think you should do an uroculture to check the bacteria which is causing it and which antibiotic can be used to treat it.
If you suspect that the intercourse you had three weeks ago was risky you should get tested for STD.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Ok so I'll goto the clinic and get tested for an UTI. Just more information my urine is clear with a slight odor. As I type this reply my penis is sensitive but not hurting. There is no pain and when I actually urinate it feels fine it is after I am done that the sensitivity happens. As for the STD, I'll get that checked,. But I have had one in the past with the burning and redness, and this time I don't have those symptoms. The info I got back about the girl is that she is clean with no STD. So while I know there is a risk you think it doesnt sound like a STD.

Brief Answer:
More like simple uti, not much like std.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I don't think this sounds like std.
It sounds more like an urinary track infection.
You should do an urine analysis and uroculture to find the kind of bacteria which is causing it and which antibiotic works best for it.
It doesn't seem much like std but you can find the STD tests if possible.
