Brief Answer:
Oral muscle relaxants and physiotherapy will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
As per your MRI report 6 years ago, there was a fracture in D12 vertebra which must have healed by now. A lower back muscle spasm pain can be treated with oral muscle relaxants and regular physiotherapy under the guidance of a proficient physiotherapist to maintain proper posture and tone of the back muscles.
You can get oral muscle relaxants prescribed from your orthopedician after a direct physical examination and get a fresh MRI scan done to rule out any nerve root compression or a disc prolapse.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.

Regards.
