Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis or Contact dermatitis are the likely possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

Red, dry patches on face and auricular region associated with itching is most likely to be either seborrheic dermatitis or contact dermatitis to products that one may be using on face (like shaving cream, aftershave etc). I suggest you to use a mildly potent steroid cream e.g either cortisone cream (hydrocortisone 1%) or desonide 0.05% cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
