Hi, I Am Having Some GI Symptoms Lately. Feeling Very

Question: Hi, I am having some GI symptoms lately. Feeling very full after a few bites (and so bloated I look 6 months pregnant), heartburn, pressure behind my throat, and when I swallow, gas, constipation. I eliminated soy, dairy, eggs, gluten, corn, potatoes, but still feeling run down. I went to a doctor who thought I had low T+B cells, which would be causing inflammation and making me hypersensitive to foods (I tested a bunch and virtually all foods were reactive). The results came back on the slight low range (3.3), and also low IgG, subclass 4. WBC in previous exams showed normal (or borderline high) range. Should I continue to pursue the immune system thesis, or should I try for a GI visit and test if I have gastritis? Any other hypothesis? Thank you for your guidance!

Brief Answer:
Gastritis possible, visit gastroenterologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the blood test results you uploaded and it shows low levels of white blood cells slightly lower than normal range. All types of white blood cells are within lower limits but normal. So you are having slightly low immunity not hyperimmunity that may cause inflammation. I think you may have done also CRP test which is an indicator of inflammation.
I think you may continue with a gastroenterologist. He may perform fybroscopy, a camera tube inserted to check stomach lining and helicobacter pylori test which is main cause of gastritis and ulcera.
I think you have gastritis.
Using simethicone will help you relieve bloating and reduce intestinal gas.

Hope I have answered the question.
