Oral antibiotics many a times damage normal intestinal flora(which usually helps digestive health)...the loss of this protective flora(Lactobacillus)allows superimposed infection of digestive tract...which had given you the symptoms.
Many a times stopping /changing antibiotic along with light diet &ORS suppliments help(as it had been with you before). ..Replacement of Lactobacilli enhance healing in most of the cases
* In such a scenario,if your ear problem is controlled,&you don't need other suitable antibiotic.. you can try with ----
- Antispasmodic like Synalgesic over the counter half pill three times a day
- Along with sufficient ORS water &continue with Neutrolin B capsules, for 24 hours.
-Lemon water would relieve gases,which may cause pain upto pelvis
*If there is no relief /the symptoms aggravate/there are signs of dehydration (dryness ofmouth,weakness) You need to visit your family doctor for further assessment of the infection.

-But it may suggest the involvement of lower bowel suggesting irritable bowel syndrome with the lesser replacement of water...so the less urine output. This would need to be under a doctor's care and treatment as discussed before.

-Less urine output with pain localizing at lower left back can also be seen in urine infection
* Present status of your health indicates consultation of a doctor and get the cause found out followed by specific management.

In such a condition, I would suggest reaching your doctor/ER if the pain is more.
Keep on drinking water and ORS to prevent dehydration due to loose motions. Do not massage the area.

*So the pain you have is due to ureteric colic following stone in kidney.
* Uromax is a diuretic..it increases urine out put &thus helps in flushing off the stone.
* Tab Drotin is Antispasmodic pain killer...it would help you to sustain the colicky pain.
-The constipation is side effect of Antispasmodic drugs. you can manage your digestive problem by -
-Raising water intake &fibers in diet(salads,fruits vegetables ..with including the rouphage in diet inform of the skins, tender stalks) /Drinking a glass of warm water with a spoon of clear butter in it , at bed time Or drinking a glass of warm water with half tea spoon of lemon juice&a spoon of honey ..first thing after waking up in morning./you can take stool softner like Lactulose suspension over the counter at bed time if needed...-dose tobe confirmed with treating doctor./over the counter digestive enzymes like vitazyme would take care of digestion.
* Low grade fever is common with kidney problems... its due to stress of the colicy pain
. I would suggest to get one more sample of urine microscopic done..to exclude secondary infection.
Your doctor may prescribe needful antibiotic to control fever due to infection of urine.
