Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain and swelling of the Testis can be due to Infection.If Testis alone is infected,it is Orchitis.Mostly,it will be enlarged along with Epididymis which is called Epididymo orchitis.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Doxycycline 100mg twice daily after food and Anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.If the infection is severe, Intravenous Antibiotic should be given.
Another condition that has to be differentiated from Epididymo orchitis is Torsion of the Testis.In Torsion,there will be severe pain,mild enlargement of one half of scrotum and sometimes vomiting.
Both these conditions will be differentiated by Colour Doppler of the Scrotum.
If both the Testicles are painful along with enlarged parotid salivary gland below both ears,Mumps should be suspected.
Please consult a Surgeon/Urologist and proceed further.

I have what Seems to be very inflamed Epididymis. Heavy scrotum. Thick inflammation behind testicle. I Know I have some cysts on my testes, on top, which get bigger during sexual activity but they are inflamed and seem to be pulled or falling to behind the testicles. It is quite painful to the touch.
