Hi I Am Currently 25 Weeks Pregnant..my Dentist Can't Manage
Question: Hi I am currently 25 weeks pregnant..my dentist can't manage to get my tooth numb for an extraction ..he has me on amoxicillin to get rid of absess ..I am currently taking pregnacare along with the amoxicillin..could there be any reason why he can't get my tooth/nerve numb because of both medicines..??

The dentist has been using the injection to try numb my tooth/nerve..I did read somewhere that having to much vitamins in the body in pregnancy can sometimes stop the in lidocaine from working properly..my question was is there a reason why my dentist can't.seem to get my tooth/nerve numb while I'm pregnant..I have had an extraction before and the lidocaine did work on me.before...
If my follow up dental appointment don't work to numb my tooth, is it safe to go under anaesthetic while pregnant to get me tooth removed, as it is causing me alot of stress now and causing pain to travel down my jaw...
