Suggest Treatment For Urethral Stricture

Question: Hi,
I am a 42yo male.
When I urinate, normally, when almost done, i normally eject the last urine in a kind of several spasms that eject the urine in a strong beam. Since a few days those spasms are very weak so that the urine is just dripping out instead of being ejected from the penis in a stong beam.
The urinating itself still has the same beam strength as before,

Same when I have an orgasm and ejaculate, normally there is some pressure and the sperm is ejected from the penis. Now that pressure is much less. It seems as if the muscles used to eject the last urine or the sperm have become weaker very suddenly.

Since then I have also been feeling pain in my butt cheecks and deeper at the top of my buttcrack at the lower back, when i eject the last urine or ejaculate.

What could be the problem.
thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Based on the signs and symptoms you have provided - Kidney stones

Detailed Answer:
Based on the signs and symptoms you have provided Kidney stones or any other obstruction to the Urinary tract (such as urethral stricture) can be suspected rather than muscle weakness. Investigations like ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, cystotourethrography can be helpful.

Thanks

But the normal urination has still a very strong beam, like before. Could it also come from the back?

Brief Answer:
Symptoms always would not be specific.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome Back

Symptoms always would not be specific. So the most common causes should be ruled out at first.
