Brief Answer:
Tests needed

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service. Thank you for your query. I understand your concern. Well i have noted your reports, worthwhile trying following things

- get hepatitis B and C tests done (hbsag and anti HCV)
- Get lipid profile and sugar fasting and post prandial done once.
- stops alcohol, alternative medications if any
- reduced weight if excess
- worthwhile getting an ultrasound done too

with reports can consult an gastroenterologist once and repeat liver function after 3 months.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help for any further queries.
