Question: Hi
I am a 29 girl. I am a virgin and I had some foreplay with my boyfriend 11 days before. Now my problem is that my period is delayd for 11 days. But I should inform you some about some points.
1. we did not have any penetration and I am still a virgin, and I only feel his precum on the surface of my body.
2. I feel very stressful because of the situation of the university for 1 month and it is continuing.
3. sometimes before the sleep, I feel so stressful that I feel my heart is coming out.
4. besides these the dealy of being pregnant is getting me more stressful because I have searched and I found that there will be sometime some sperms in the precum.
5. I do not know what should I do to get period immediately because the symptoms of it are getting me nervous and I have an exam and I should concentrate but these symptoms are really hurting me.
6. I came to Australia for only 3 months, and in the last 3 month, my cycle was regular.

I am really in a hard, frustrating and stressful situation.
I have tried ginger, parsley and vitamin C to get period, but they did not work. Would you please help me.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Stress and change of place delays periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Menstrual cycles are delayed due to stress (academics, jobs, etc...) or change of place.

2) Your cycles are delayed as you have academic stress as well as changed the place.

3) There is no chance of pregnancy in your situation. Don't worry about pregnancy.

4) Relax and wait for periods to resume.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Wait for periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Zinc, Magnesium or Vitamin C will not help. Stop all these as they have no role and will add on to gastritis.

Wait with patience for cycles to start.

Regards

Thank you for your reply.

Do you think if get some magnesium or zinc to help to increase the progesterone level can be beneficial or taking high doses of vitamin C ( 2000-3000 mg)?
How can I have it sooner?
Because the PMS situation does not allow me to study well and I feel really bad.
