Question: Hi. I am a 28 year old male. My blood pressure is 120 by 88 (when last measured).I have been on Met Xl 25 mg since last 6 years. I also have dandruff problems and I am experiencing hair loss due to which I consulted a dermatologist recently. She prescribed tugain 5% solution to be apply on bald patches. However I checked on the internet to see that tugain is also antihypertensive and it has Side Effects like irregular heartbeat, severe chest pain etc. So is it safe for me to use Tugain considering I am also on Met Xl 25?
