Question: Hi I am XXXXXXX
My Sugar fasting is 90 and Sugar PP is 70 my spgt is 73
Lymphocytes 44.6%
Monocytes 8.2 %
I am in security service. I am involved in hard physical exercises and do puss ups or muscles building exercise 4 times a week.I never drink alcohol and never smoked. My height is 5ft 4 inches and weight is 65 kg.
How can I lower these levels naturally. Which exercises and diet plan should I follow.

Hi,
Your SGPT level is just fine, slightly above normal value is not that significant and does not indicates any significant liver disease. The SGPT values will be in thousand in case of liver diseases. Exercises does not have much role in liver enzymes.
However proper exercises and diet has got important role in maintaining good health.
