Brief Answer:
It is slightly on the higher side.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
High MCV indicates macrocytic anaemia arising from folic acid and vitaminB12 deficiency.
However up to 96 is considered as normal. In pregnancy slight abnormalities can be seen as a normal variant.
You can continue folic acid and vitaminB12. You can repeat the test after two weeks to assess the progress.
Nothing much to worry and it will not affect your pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
