Brief Answer:
A low FODMAP diet can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports also.
IBS itself does not cause weight loss. Weight loss can develop in case you have associated malabsorption or if you skip meals to control the symptoms.
Do you have any anxiety related issues? Because anxiety may worsen the symptoms.
You can continue the probiotics advised by your gastroenterologist.
A low FODMAP diet will be effective on many cases of IBS. You can easily find the constituent of low FODMAP diet from web. Idli and dosa itself does not cause any problems and you can very well take it.
Thanks
