Question: Hi I 43 year old female I frequent a biweekly acupuncture session. Today at my session I had a nice amount of bleeding from my forehead my acupuncturist advised me to make an appointment to have my platelets tested because I normally do not bleed when needles are removed. My question is if there were to be something wrong with my platelets would I not bleed from the numerous acupuncture points bleeding stopped after a few seconds
