Hi! Have A Rather Odd ECG That I Would Like

Question: Hi! Have a rather odd ECG that I would like someone check. I have had mild arrythmia on and off for a few years. which aside from causing a slight "fluttering" feeling, does me no harm at all. But at the weekend, the "fluttering" really ramped up, I felt quite strange (no pain) and my Apple Watch's ECG started to display some very curious lines. I am not sure how to attach the ECG pdf here. I have a cardiologist's appointment later this week, but would like a general opinion now.

Brief Answer:
These are ventricular ectopics

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are ventricular ectopics and these are probably responsible for your symptoms. Most the times, these are benign and not dangerous other than causing symptoms. However, considering your age, it's important that we rule out ischemia or underlying structural heart disease as a cause of these. So you should be evaluated with ecg, echo, stress cardiac test etc. These are increased by smoking, excessive alcohol intake, excessive thyroid hormone levels, caffeine etc. You should also get thyroid profile done to rule out hyperthyroidism. Warning symptoms are dizziness, loss of consciousness, episode of profuse sweating without any external cause.
The treatment for this is either treatment of underlying disease if any or if not then beta blockers like tab Metoprolol.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
