Yesterday I went to another doctor and first he asked me do you have any insurance than he told that Surgery needed for this. without surgery it ill not ok , and there are chances that this convert into fistula.

I want here second opinion, if its really required or which specialist I need to go for checkup ?

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have gone through the details. You are having hemorrhoids. As long as you are not having blood in stools and it is not affecting your daily activities you can try some conservative treatment.

You can apply H ointment on the bump and sitz bath that is sitting a tub of lukewarm water for 15 to 20 minutes twice daily will help reduce the swelling. Change your diet to more fibrous with lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of buttermilk and curds. Drink lots of water at least 3 to 4 lts/day. Try this for 2 weeks to a month, if it is still not helping then you can get a surgery. It is a simple procedure. You will have to meet a general surgeon for the same.

I hope this answered your query.
