Question: Hi Dr Punj!

Long time no talk. I hope you remember me and my case--you were one of the most thoughtful and helpful people I've yet found in this world, since that time, as you took the time to read the details of my case and provide insightful and intelligent supporting opinions.

I have bad news--since that time, no doctors have helped me, and my apparent conditions have become much WORSE.

I am returning to healthcaremagic in order to get additional support from you good doctors.

Please see the following, which I am copying and pasting to multiple specialists here. It is an update, informing on what has been happening most recently to me.

Thank you so much! I hope to hear back from you soon.

Seeking the supporting opinions of radiologists in particular, as well as of gastrointestinal specialists, ENTs, etc., regarding the strong possibility of a GI perforation allowing for fluids & food emboli to effuse and pool up within the CRANIAL cavity.

Multiple perforation, both at the throat and at the esophagus (and also intestines), have allowed this problem to persist--

which, I have made the FOLLOWING two YouTube video(s) about--

(1) https://youtu.be/uUTeVxJkcis

(2) https://youtu.be/VOFQvFLqb0M,

which also have resulted in the following things happening--

(3) https://youtube.com/shorts/q5UIlW9ivC4, &

(4) https://youtube.com/shorts/zcL8dbpDWXU

Please watch and then reply with assessment, as well as opinion for WHICH tests should be ordered, HOW they should be ordered, as well as,

Your PROFESSIONAL judgment on whether the preponderance of evidence suggests that it is more likely, that

(A) this is all some kind of big MISTAKE, and that I am perfectly medically healthy, -or-, that

(B) this evidence is more consistent with an actual, real underlying MEDICAL PROBLEM-PATTERN.

Thank you.

Share these videos all you want, the more publicity the better. I give full permission for this, I need and want maximal attention onto my case until the XXXXXXX zombie-doctors (the most inept in the Western world) wake up and do something.

Brief Answer:
I think all tests done

Detailed Answer:
Hello again JWinslow

I have seen the videos and read your query.

I can suggest tests based on your diagnosis. Kindly suggest the diagnosis and I will suggest tests.
Regarding ischemia, perforation and ascitis, testing has been done. A surgeon will be best able to suggest treatment based on these tests.
Your treating family doctor will refer to specialists and he will suggest treatment.
