Brief Answer:
This is unlikely to be cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. This is unlikely to be cancer.

2. However, this area is very close to the meeting point of four arteries/ blood vessels on the nasal septum which is known as Little's area. Hence professional care is advised.

3. Initially, an antibiotic steroid ointment can be gently applied.

4. If no resolution in a week, an excision biopsy and cautery will settle this issue.

5. It looks like repeated trauma to a small cyst or infection. Histopathology of the biopsy will settle the diagnosis.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
