Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the test results you uploaded and she is having a mild to severe anemia, haemoglobin 10.3 g/dl which can be the reason for her fatigue. I think she may need to test ferritin , B12 vitamin and folate levels. Taking the iron and vitamins which are in low levels may improve anemia and fatigue.
Also she is having increased uric acid levels which may cause joints pain . She may need to visit a rheumatologist and take medications to reduce uric acid levels.
Also bone densitometry shows mild osteoporosis especially in arm but she may need to do another densitometry since it is from 2019.
I think she may also need to test thyroid hormones levels T3, T4,TSH to see if she is getting normal amount of thyroxine.

Hope I have answered the question.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thank you for asking again.
I see the pictures of the legs you attached and she is having varicose veins.
She may need to visit an angiologist about it.
I see the reports of liver function and she is having normal liver function even though she is having mild fatty liver.
The fatigue, joints pain and constipation can't be related to any of these issues.
As I recommend before she should test thyroid function, iron levels, folic acid and b12 vitamin levels.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
