Hi Doctor, I See Some Kind Of Red Face Rash

Question: Hi Doctor,

I see some kind of red face rash allergies. Don't know why this is happening, but it frequently happening since last 10 to 11 years. but from last 2 years it's getting worst day by day. The Rashes comes for 2-4days then again it gets better.

When ever the Rashes appears it is so itching on my face.
kindly help with is case.

I have read your query and understood your concern.
Since you mention that you have these rashes associated with itching for many years on and off I would recommend a dermatologist opinion to rule out eczema ,I would also recommend a skin allergen test which would be guided by your dermatologist to rule out any allergens ,so that the allergens can be avoided to prevent flare up of symptoms. I would usually recommend daily does of anti allergens such as allegra 120mg for 10 days at night until symptoms subside and you could use a topical cream such as ecziderm lotion to ease the irritation.
