Question: Hi Doctor, I am having severe neck pain and recently got catch on my neck. Now when ever there's some movement on neck, the pain starts. Kindly advice.

apply hot pack, diclofenac gel, take anti inflammatory, use cervical collar, and if not relieved in 1 week get your xrays done.
