Brief Answer:
Related to inflammation

Detailed Answer:
hello nothing specific about the report that you have attached it is showing that your Gamma globulin levels are high ,gamma globulins are a type of protein in our body which may be raised when there is some inflammation going on in the body,so what we need to find out is that whether your joint pains are related to inflammation or not for which you need to check test related to Arthritis Rheumatoid factor ,anti CCP, antinuclear antibody and inflammatory markers like ESR and CRP, if all these are also clear then we need to just check you clinically that whether the joint pain and stiffness is related to inflammatory Arthritis ,in case it is related to inflammatory Arthritis it may be re checked by doing an ultrasound of the joints or an MRI if it suggests Arthritis then you may require treatment for the same.
