Hi Doctor- My Stools Are Regularly Disintegrated & Not Properly

Question: Hi Doctor- my stools are regularly disintegrated & not properly formed, I feel totally exhausted & weak after my motions, I also experience burring sensation around my rectum region. I experience severe heartburn & I take zinetac & sompraz to control it. I can feel the burning sensation in the esophagus & sometimes when I force the reflux I notice traces of blood. I have done my endoscopy about a year back & found everything as normal, I feel weak & mentally not alert. Kindly advice.

Yes Sompraz 20 & Zinetac certainly gives me relief. I haven't done my stool test recently & my stool are black in colour which is blood I presume. As mentioned I feel exhausted after my motions. My bowel movements are typically twice in the morning & sometimes once in the evenings.I am not losing weight but gaining. my acidity levels are high & when I workout in the morning I have a dull headache during the day

Kindly advice on future course of action

Thanks for the details.
Black stools may indicate bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
Endoscopy has to be done to look bleeding in the upper GI tract.
Meanwhile you can continue taking Sompraz and Zinetac and also take Gut Renew once daily for your bowel symptoms.
