Question: Hi,
About a month and a half ago I was having UTI symptoms, though my culture came back negative. Ever since I have felt bloated and have been urinating frequently without pain, but not feeling 100 percent relieved.

Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Cultures are usually able to accurately diagnose if an infection is present in the urinary tract.

They are not completely accurate for all persons, so you may need to repeat it at some point to make sure that an infection is definitely not present.

If this is completely ruled out then imaging of the urinary tract by ultrasound or cystoscope (to look at the bladder) should be considered. This would look at the residual bladder volume after you void to see if a lot of urine is remaining.

Imaging would determine if there are any structural causes for your symptoms

There are some persons who may experience symptoms due to irritable bowel syndrome which is a condition that is associated with non infection irritation of the bladder
The exact cause is not known but there are new agents to treat if it is diagnosed.
It may require assessment by a urologist

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
