Hi- I Am Noticing A Small Amount Of Blood On

Question:
Hi-

I am noticing a small amount of blood on my tissue less than a drop when i dap my nose with a tissue on either side of my nasal septum right and left side. No blood when i sneeze. Occasionally a little bit of blood when i blow my nose on either side(again less than a drop). I have been trying a humidifier at night and saline nasal spray. Is it sonething serious? When i look up bleeding from nose they takked anout nasal cancer?

Thank you for asking ask a doctor service.
I have gone through your query. Bleeding from nostrils can be due to sinusitis or due to hypertension or nose pricking usually.
Blood pressure levels should be checked. If it is high then it should be corrected by taking medication.
Site of bleeding should be identified by doing examination by ENT (otorhinolaryngologist). Initially speculum examination should be done and if not able to find the site of bleeding or cause then endoscopic examination should be done. From this we can identify the definite cause.
Do you have any head ache or heaviness of head?
Any previous history of sinusitis?
Any previous history of hypertension?
