Question: Hi - I usually have oatmeal and fruit or 0% fat yogurt and fruit for breakfast. The last two days I had 5% fat Greek Yogurt and Fruit - usually I have a snack about 10AM and am very hungry by lunch but with the 5% I didn't have a snack and only some fruit for lunch as I was not that hungry.

1) Do you think that it was the 5% yogurt?
2) Do you think that it is better to eat that and then not be as hungry later so to help lose weight?
3) Is that extra Dairy fat bad for me?
4) Would it be better to add a bit of olive oil to my oat meal instead.

I am 5ft 10 in - 185 lbs - very fit - but should probably lose 5 or 10 lbs. I bike / swim / kayak for about 1.5 - 2.5 hrs daily.
