Question: Hi - I have a question regarding my medication. I deal with some very light depression and more anxiety - i am a constant worrier and i have some negative thoughts and very often get stuck in my spirals in my head about things. its very difficult. i have found that SSRI's help me to be less sensitive, have a little more confidence, and help me to pause before becoming easily angered (espeically with my husband) i was taking viibryd for a while but my husband and i are now trying to get pregnant so my Dr switched me over to zoloft. I have found that at 50 mg i feel fine. I am not too happy or too low, i feel kind of "numb and blah" but less anxious for sure. My doc suggested I go up to 75 mg but to me it seems like if the medicine makes me feel blah now, then wont i just feel more numb and apathetic at that dose? I would love to hear some thoughts on this. I tried 75 for a week and just felt so anxious. Thanks.
