Question: Heyy Doc The past 24 hours feeling wierd. a little dizzy and weak. Drinking alot, No Fever, No cough, No Nausia , Blood oxygen levels normal and not dehydrated as my urine is white. I take BP meds ( Ramipril 10MG ) and statins Stator 10. Technically I am healthy. I have been taking the past nine days as a supplement Colloidal silver but only for nine days. Any opinion what this is? Don't want to head to the ER for no reason. Thanks Regards Aryeh

Brief Answer:
You can do a routine follow up visit

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to ask a doctor forum. Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to multiple reasons ranging from generalized weakness due to vitamins or micronutrients deficiencies however with history of taking statins, in a routine visit may need to see for any signs of myopathy due to the drug and if any clinical examination suggested muscular or neuromuscular weakness may need blood work up with LDH and CPK levels.

With such lethargy or dizziness also blood counts for hemoglobin levels and serum electrolytes with history of the blood pressure medication you are taking may be significant but sugar levels and thyroid profile should also be needed. As in current scenario if the problem doesn't persist for another one week just keep good balanced food intake and supplements for B12 folic acid and calcium as well as vitamin D3. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
