Brief Answer:
Consultation with Immunologist is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail

Thyroid disorders can be a part of spectrum of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.

This condition require certain anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory agents for effective control.

Hyperthyroidism should be simultaneously treated as well.

Recurrent bladder infections may or may not be related to antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.

Ultrasound abdomen is required to rule out prostate issues if any contributing to recurrent Urinary tract Infection.

Consultation with an Immunologist (Rheumatologist) is recommended for expert management of your condition.
